Due to the nature of food and supplement products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.

Returns may be accepted in the following situations:

  • the item is damaged on arrival
  • the wrong item was supplied
  • the product is faulty

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with an order.

Once reported, we will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements may be offered where appropriate.
